Mr & Mrs B - Stockport - Sale & Rentback
Mr & Mrs B had a £52,000 mortgage on a £140,000 home, with £27,000 in secured loans, £9,800 on credit cards & a £5000 personal loan.
Their monthly payments were £1,707, and they were behind on 5 months of mortgage payments. They had 30 days to pay, and the mortgage company was threatening repossession.
After a full free consultation we advised that a sale & leaseback would be the best solution and we organised all of the paperwork & legal team for them.
After the transaction had gone through (which took 21 days from start to finish), we had arranged for all mortgage arrears to be repaid, plus repaid the full mortgage. We also paid off all of the loans & credit cards and arranged for all legal proceedings to be dropped, and paid ALL legal costs associated with the sale, document preparation & redemption penalties.
Mr & Mrs B were left with zero debts and monthly rent repayments of just £324
for 3 years.

Mr & Mrs H - Clayton - I.V.A
Solution
Mr & Mrs H. owed £65,000 with monthly repayments of £1,400.
They could not afford to keep up the repayments and were
falling behind. Daily 'phone calls & threats were making
their life a misery.
They contacted us who compiled a detailed fact-find
on their situation, where our I.V.A specialists took
over. They recommended a 5 year I.V.A, and at the end Mr
& Mrs H would owe nothing. Also the monthly payments
would be significantly lower.
After the I.V.A was accepted their monthly payments
dropped to £320 per month for 40 months, followed by 20
monthly payments of £455. By remortgaging their house in
Year 4, and bringing in a small portion of the equity,
they were totally debt free (except for the mortgage) in 5

Mr E - Wythenshawe - Re-Mortgage
Mr E had a flat worth £95,000, with a £42,000
mortgage on it, and repayments were £311. He also had
debts on credit cards & loans totalling £19,000, and
total monthly repayments on these debts were £850 per
month.
After calling us, we sourced a new mortgage which
would repay the debts in full. The new loan was for
£65,000, which cleared all of Mr E's debts, plus his
mortgage, plus left him with £4,000 cash, and the
monthly payments were £298 fixed for 3 years. (After 3
years, we suggested that Mr E might switch onto a
repayment mortgage and resume repaying the principle).
